this game is the best need for speed that i have ever played, but before ppl start chewing me out because the "first ones were better", i have never played any of the first ones. the first need for speed game i played was hot pursuit 2. anyways, back on the game. i found this game to be very much worth the 50 dollars i paid for it because once you are done with the career mode, there is always the challenge mode to work on and lets face it.....who doesent like totaling cop cars just for fun and the fun never ends because if you get busted, who cares! just turn off the system and start again. there were also some parts of the game that i did not like. like how one of the blacklist racers would spin out at the beginning of the last lap and manage to catch up to and sometimes beat you because of the unturnoffable catchup mode. (probably the thing that was the worst for all of the need for speed games that ever had it (i think all of them.)) the races are so fast especially with the air that rushes past your car when you hit 100 mph. that single feature makes the game seem alot faster. dont believe me, go 100 mph, then switch to the incar view and see the difference. well enough of me blathering on about the game. i give you my word that if you love a good challenge and have the need for speed, this game is a 100% must have. although i wouldnt reccomend it for someone like a five year old that only wants destruction, because there is only alot of that with the cop cars. any other time in the game, there isnt too much destruction. this is perfect because there is damage in the game but it doesent go as far as making the body kit on your car fall off, it is a broken windsheild and some scraped paint. no one wants to see the car they worked so hard for fall apart before their very eyes so it is a good thing that the game developers limited themselves with the damage. all in all, this game is a very good buy so go and get your copy today. : )
