This game is excellent. I honestly don't know what was wrong with that guy. First of all, the cars are easy to control once you get the hang of it. One of my friends picked it up in about 5 minutes. Time attack games run well, all you need to do is stay as far away as possible from the cones, and you don't need to gain all three stars. Graphics are excellent, given the art style that they use. The sense of speed is simply amazing. The cars look great, and the customization controls make sure that no two cars will ever look alike. Speaking of the cars, gaining every single star in the city will only hook you up with a customized car. It's much easier to simply gain enough stars and cash to buy a car and modify it (Customizations are free.) The sound is great, with a soundtrack featuring artists such as The Crystal Method, Pint Shot Riot, and Danko Jones makes the game seem even faster. Imho, this game rocks.
