Looks can be deceving for NFS: ProStreet
In NFS: PS you're a professional legal racer. The removal of cops is a bit good considering all the tracks are very complex. EA increased difficulty by adding a damage meter. Cosmetic damage is just a few external scratches. Light damage is like running into a barrier at 20 mph. Whereas heavy damage is if you barrel into a car at 90 mph. And you can also total your car which makes you decide between paying in cash or a marker.
Car performance is marked in horsepower and the weight divided on your 4 tires. All your exterior parts feature an Autosculpt just like NFS: Carbon. But sometimes you'll get a good looking car body with a lotta drag. Other things include multiple decals, roll bars, and more. But they're not all essential.
Races are grouped by difficulty in names like Battle Machine, React, and Super Promotion. Your main objective is to beat the track records so you can face the Kings of Grip, (Circuit) Drag, Speed, (Sprint) Drift, and Showdowns!
But your rental time probably won't be long enough to complete the game.
