i have to say it. it's a good game. the game's graphics are excellent, the cars available at the car lot are just great, the sound effects are perfect, the controls and handlings are greater (i still get the feeling they slightly are close to GRID's controls : same car reactions and sensitivity), and finally the career mode is just a pleasure. my only regret is that it was not any longer lol. ok one thing. Be warned : handlings in the first track are horrible, but once you set your driving profile, and all the things they will get you through, that just becomes perfect.

Now let me put this little note (i'm still mad at EA lol). I have to say thanks to EA, although i have reached the point of losing interest in the need for speed franchise because of need for speed carbon, pro street, and undercover. it's been 4 years EA has been producing crappy need for speeds (which i actually didn't buy, only borrowed them from friends).really. i was dissing u guys everyday, hating you more and more lol (nah, just kidding), but i was really upset. but Shift... waw, that was one good thing u did in the need for speed, although i have this weird sensation that need for speed has changed a lot... i feel like this game is not part of the need for speed serie. BUT ANYWAYS GOOD JOB EA, YOU FINALLY CAME UP WITH SOMETHING. THANK YOU FOR SATISFYING MANY NFS FANS WITH THIS OUTSTANDING JOB. =D
