And for some reason, I actually enjoyed playing this.

From a hardcore gamers perspective, this game is terrible. Not a lot of things go right for this game, but one thing that is the most important for a game (which this game has) is that it is just pure fun. Not a whole lot to it, but it just has the things that make a game fun, good races, intense cop chases, so on.

Pros.
Fun Races
Intense Cop Chases
A lot of Cop Chases
Lots of really good cars
Excellent Multi-player (Best Part of the Game)
Good selection of races

Cons.
Graphics are absolute Garbage
Story is impossible to follow, (I didn't get the point of any of the cutscenes)
Frame Rate effects the game more than what I expected
You start out with a really slow car that you don't like and then the next car you get is insanely fast and a hard transition from your old crap car.

I think the reason I liked it so much was because of Most Wanted, This game isn't nearly as good, (I gave Most Wanted a 10) but it emulates this, so its kinda like a watered down, not as good version of it for the current-gen console. So its fun, but some of the cons really get annoying and really, should be better, even the wii can pull off better than this.
