people have very different opinions on this game. some hate it, some love it. i personally like it. it seems many people are comparing it to gt, burnout and other games of the type when they are not in the same catagory. this game does go back to carbon in that you have a decent variety of cars, they can be upgraded with engines, nos, suspension and other proformance parts. i have also noticed that the few reviews i read that gave this an 8+ said it was better than pro street and one even said it was as good as most wanted. i hated most wanted and love prostreet, for me these games are not about the body kits or the paint or any visual crap, i like this franchise for the modifying to shave2 seconds off that corner and gain 30 mph on that streight. i like gt5 prologue and burnout paridise, they are fun driving games just like this one. this game to me could have been better, people who say its easy in my opinion have never made it past 50% in career because it gets hard and it gets there fast. all of the sudden i couldnt pass the second to last guy, i ended up paying the $2.50 for a gt and then i was able to pass the 1st place guy on the straights. the cops get old quick but to ditch them all you have to do is hop on the highway and hit the nos, its fun watching the cop arrows on the mini map go backwards.
