I was very dissapointed in EA's attempt to make a sequel to their awesome game Need for Speed: Underground.
The game starts with a cutscene of you racing to a party after defeating Eddy (remember him?), crashing a cop in the process. Supposedly, EA thought that you finished NFSU with a silver Nissan Skyline with no visual modifications, except for paint and maybe rims.
After arriving in the city, you are in control of Rachael's green Nissan 350Z. Dont get used to the speed and performance of this car, though, because if you dont give it back to her, she will get pissed and let you go on your own (game over, reset now).
With a few new modifications, a free roam system, and a new Outrun race mode, Need for Speed: Underground II was better than the origional, but still not as much as I had hoped for. Up until the release of the game, I constantly read previews, and I was one of the first people to rent it. All in all, I wasn't that impressed, really... Also, it is WAY too short for my taste.
