Oh Yes.... This game is "Revolutionary, Outstanding, and Masterful... One smalll problem IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!
One problem: IT DOESN'T WORK!! Even when I have ALL the most recent patches on it, after I uninstalled and re-installed, scoured the internet for help, nothing. The game plays, sure, but would you want to play a game that lags JUST SITTING THERE?!? I'm not trying to be mean, but after all the hype,m then I get this junk. Granted, my NWN2: Gold may just be defective, but how do I know???? And the NWN Toolset has trouble starting up. Don't think my comp is crappy or anything... it's Vista, yes, but for gaming, that's perfectly fine. It has AT LEAST DOUBLE the requirements of the stupid game, and it's painful just playing the tutorial.... I don't know why... I've tried the game without the patches, with the patches, scoured the internet, like I said, nothing. Nothing. This is really disappointing... =( I'm sure I'll be missing out on a really good story and game, but.... it-just-won't-stop-lagging! If you have any ideas, ANY ideas at ALL, please PLEASE tell me... I really wanna play NWN2, it has me hooked, but it is SOO buggy, I may just hafta return it... And if it IS just a defective copy, well... I don't know if it's really worth it to get another and try it again... What if it just has the saim problems/ What if I go through a hundred copies before it works?
