The single player is solid, like I stated it has the qualities of super mario 3, and world. But the true power of this game can only be revealed when you get four players together.
The multiplayer portion is something that was attempted in little big planet, but not executed nearly this well. With four people playing the volume in the room will increase as everyone becomes immersed in the game and begins laughing and shouting at each other. Its a game for new, old, and hardcore gamers. Everyone can enjoy playing this game together.
On a last note, nintendo has made a tactful move by releasing this title during the holidays, people will have family and friends over, and plenty of players to experience the multiplayer potential of the game.
