An amazing remake of one of the world's most awesome video game franchises.

New Super Mario Bros. for Nintendo DS is a remake of the original Super Mario Bros. but remade in a 2.5-D style and a bit more challenging levels. It features Mario rescuing Princess Peach (AGAIN.) from Bowser and Bowser Jr. Aside from new graphics, there's also new content including: New huts called Toad Houses where you can get bonus items, a new mini-game mode accessible from the title screen, and a world map where secrets like cannons, hidden levels, and new mansions called Haunted Houses are included. The game has 8 worlds with over 80 levels to play and complete. There are many goodies upon completion and collecting like a hidden character after you finish the game (it's someone like the protagonist...), unlimited access to Toad Houses, and more mini-games added too. All in all, New Super Mario Bros. is one of the Mario Series' best games and/or remakes however you look at it.
