Over the past three weeks, GameSpot members have been experiencing revoked permissions, but their moderation history does not display any suspension or ban marks. All of these users have access to send private messages to other GameSpot members, which could not happen if they were moderated with a suspension or ban.

While staff members continue efforts to resolve this problem, please contact customer support immediately if you are encountering this technical problem. When you send your inquiry, be sure to use the moderation dropdown and include your GameSpot username to expedite your request.
