Head Coach is both good and bad. The Bad: Referees make dumb ass calls on your team for no reason.
Your QB will throw into bunches of coverages when he has a man wide open! First off, your Quarterback has a man open 50 yards down the field and throws to the guy who is 5 yards in front of him and is covered by 3 guys! Your OL will not make any holes for the Hb to run through so he will have **** ass stats! Be expecting 13 INTS or more from your QB for the entire season. (My QB had 17 INTS in one game alone)

The Good: FUn to play when you're winning :)

I suggest you rent it first before considering to buy it.
