I haven't played this game for very long so far. But based on what I have seen so far. It's a pretty decent game.

I purchased NHL 2K7 for it's far superior game played. But the numerous glitches, and freezing issues just made me want to explode. So I went out and bought NHL 2007.

Gameplay - Not a very accurate depiction of NHL hockey. They really need to take a look at the 2K series, and steal a few things...Or maybe, a lot of things.

Graphics - Very blocky and cartoony. I'm not saying they are bad. But just too arcade like for my taste.

Sound - The announcers are obviously annoying, as in most sports games. But otherwise things are pretty good.

Overall - I like the game so far. But it's no where near as good as NHL 2K7. So if you can tolerate the problems with 2K. I say go with it.
