I've played this game for a couple hours now and I'm already getting addicted to it! Unbelievable NHL game!

Well, let me just say this word. Awesome. This NHL game is truly the best one I've played since NHL 2009. NHL 10, meh, wasn't as good as I thought it would be. This NHL game, however, changed everything. Favorite feature? The new, the best, Ultimate Hockey Team Mode! Create your lines and see which players work best with each other. It's not always about attributes in this game but chemistry between players, and the whole team. Assign cards to players to increase attributes, give more games by using the contract card, and much more trust me. You can also play a tournament online and battle for the championship. The only negative factor I've found in the game as of now is that the players names on the cards are pretty hard to look at. Pretty hard. It's pretty tough to get team chemistry but that's what I like, you can buy card packs with EA pucks, which is pretty much in game currency or from the NHL store using Microsoft Points.
I definitely loved the new checks. They sound and look more realistic then just falling on the ground and getting back up in half a second without being stunned most of the time, I felt this NHL game was all about being realistic in game. So far I didn't see any new dekes, or goalie saves, but I am going to experience more and I'm confident that this game will satisfy you the best way possible. As well as face-offs are much more better in this game, not too hard, not too easy, just right. One of the best things I've been dreaming of in a NHL game is going upstairs and calling the goal in our not in. One of the best ideas yet. I loved it.
So far that's all I have for this game but will probably have more soon, but overall, an outstanding game and many great things await me, and you if you don't have this game, so get off your computer now and head to your nearest video game store. You're already missing out.
