It's quite simple: skate and score. Not on EA's NHL11... skate: ok. Score, pass, deck, play, have fun: not so much...

This is the worst game on this amazing franchise. Yes, the graphics are super nice... The sound effects are so perfect that you can easily belive that you're inside a hockey arena. However, the controls are SO complicated that even hockey fans and hockey video-game hardcore players (like me) will be frustrated after a couple hours playing it. The Be-a-pro mode is easy to reach the superstar level, but has the same problems on the controlling area. Same for the Be a GM: it's easy to build a super team, but playing with it makes you say a few bad words while playing it.

The good part? The new CHL makes the game deeper. At the Be-a-pro mode you will be able to start in the minors (WHL, OHL) trying to get to the Memorial Cup. After that (as a result of your amazing performance... EASY to do it) you'll be heading to the NHL Entry Draft. If you don't get pick on the TOP-5, you should restart the game... or you can say "man, i really suck".

In the end, I'm playing the NHL 07 on the PSP again... Sorry guys, this is probably the most overrated game on EA Sports universe.
