The same game as previous versions with greatly improved physics

I'll make this short and sweet. I love hockey. And I love the EA hockey franchise. This years version is no different.

Pros: Greatly improved physics make turning, hitting and skating extremely realistic. I love the fact there is no super turbo button to make your player super speed. There is a hustle button by hitting the L3 button but it does not noticeably speed the player up.

Lots of game modes

Great graphics

Cons: AI still need a little work

Passes don't always go where you want them

On Line lag. Granted I've only played 3 games online to date so this by no means that lag always happens. But in the 3 games I've played 2 of them were completely unplayable and very frustrating. The 3rd game was alright but still noticeable lag.

Spending money to compete online is just a cash grab

A great hockey game(possibly the best) that is a lot of fun too play
