The game play and skating are very good. But the game has been gutted down to the bone. Supposedly to rebuild it. Problem is they didn't have enough time evidently before the game was released. Not sure why they would reinvent the wheel on some aspects of this game, especially the menu system. The previous menu system from PS3/XBOX 360 was perfectly fine, the only thing that would have made it better was to automatically bookmark at the top of the first menu the game feature you use the most. Never felt ripped off by a game until today.
