One of the best I've played so far as far EA NHL material! Why do a review now? Because this game deserves major props!

This game is what hooked me back onto the NHL track for current gen systems! What blew me away the most were not the graphics, as the PS2 version had less than par visual beauty as the GC and Xbox versions had... It was the color commentary that was soo entertaining when you'd sit 8 buddies in one room with 8 controllers and start pounding in the goals!

The deke system then was a really innovative turn for this EA sports franchise and those instant ''roll-out-the-red-carpet'' replays just made you feel like superstar even if it started getting old after the 100th God-like goal in the same day.

All in all, this game just doesn't get old when you get a bunch of friends to go four on four... lots of good times to come! =)
