I had only played ea nhl games before this but this game is a great hockey simulation if you like realism.

This game has a great franchise mode and lots of mini games.

The only bad things are a couple gliches like when the puck seems to go through the back of the net for a goal, when your goalie skates to the opposite end of the ice and when a player gets injured they play the rest of the game even if he is ingured for 2 months.

The graphics arent as good as nhl 06 and the comentary sometimes screws up and talks about some abott guy and says theres goals when theres not.
