I am not the usual, everyday hockey fan, I'm not a fanatic of the real professional game... the only hockey I really have watched is during the winter olympics. But with the Xbox going the way of the dodo, and me without a Xbox 360... I was looking for new games for the old reliable. Enter... NHL 2K7.

I was pleasantly surprised. Now some might say it's not realistic or tons of other crappy complaints, but the reality of it is-- this is a good game. Good mechanics, detailed gameplay. I am already addicted to the Franchise mode wherein I created my own team and signed my own players, even created myself and put myself on the team I created. This is a fun, engaging game. I recommend it for non-hockey fans and hockey fans alike.

  If you dont have 2k6, and want a good hockey game to play until you get a xbox 360 or what not, this could be it.
