Rather Rent then buy but still a great game
User Rating: 8.6 | Nickelodeon Danny Phantom: The Ultimate Enemy GBA
I am a cartoonist so I know a good cartoon when I see one. Danny Phantom is a great show. The fact they didn't make a game until a year after it's May 2004 premire is beyond me. This game is fun but only to a Danny Phantom fan, or anyone who wants to replay the movie "The Ultimate Enemy" Pros: - You slowly progress throughout the game gaining levels. As your level goes up, so does your power, speed, and new skills like Danny's new "Ghostly wail" - After the game is beaten you unlock a "replay menu" where you can play every past stage while trying to complete missions for levels and secrets. - In the replay menu you can fight ghosts not in the game like Box Ghost, Ember, Skuller, and Vlad Plasmus. -You can play as Danny Fenton, Danny Phantom, and the Ultimate Enemy as well.... - All you favorite characters are back! Cons: - The "replay menu" adds some replay value but not enough to keep you going for a while - The graphics and music are descent, good for GBA. Anyone who'd only buy a game if the graphics are good might not agree with this games style. - Can get a little old, Worth buying if it was 25 bucks but 30 is a little much. Final Thoughts: Everyone's wanted to be Danny Phantom once in your life. Now's your chance. But with the price range it's at, it may not be worth it. If you're low on money, try renting it or waiing for a price drop. It's a great experience but may last only a few days. In the end it did turn out better then I thought. Don't get me wrong, it's definently worth playing -Xtreme
