Nothing much to say, other than it's campy fun on a rainy day. (rhyme unintended)
Because of the obvious technical limitations of 16-bit graphics, you can only have 256 colors onscreen at any time. So that means that even though this is an FMV game (and there are plenty of others for the Sega CD), the videos look very pixellated and grainy. Fortunately, because it's Sega CD, the sound is pretty good. If you're looking for better graphics, then I suggest hunting down a copy of the 32x version on eBay. It'll take some work, but I believe it's worth it.
However, if you're looking for an intelligent FMV game, then get out of here right now. This isn't what you're looking for.
P.S. In case you're wondering, the controversy surrounding this game appears to have been about nothing, seeing as there really isn't that much violence in the game.
