Excellence refined to perfection. Head-knocking perfection.
THE GOOD:
-The weapons are fantastic and all are unique the additional weapons added to Black make it even more interesting
-The acquisition of the better weapons takes time and patience...and it's just plain good fun to crush the enemy.
-The combo moves remain a sight to behold. You'll do them over and over again because their just that darn good.
-The graphics have been further refined in Black. They managed to make it look even better. You'll find no better graphics on any console game anywhere. It has equals...but none that are superior.
-The storyline is good enough to keep things moving along, with additions for Black that were not in the first Xbox NG.
-The bosses are unique and challenging, if not downright difficult
-The Live scoring will push you to be the best
-The inclusion of the new enemies in Black make many parts feel fresh
-The difficult is enhanced even more
-The hurricane packs are swen directly into Black
THE BAD:
-Difficulty of some bosses seem to challenging, while later bosses seem to easy (last boss particularly)
-It's easy to loose track of where you should be going from time to time.
-Difficulty may scare some people off.
This is excellence fine tuned to perfection. This is a challenge that NG players have dreamed of. This is a must-have classic for any one with an Xbox. If you have a 360, you need it too. If you have only a PS2 or GC...well...get an Xbox. It's superior to any game like it in the genre.
And it's only $30???
I'll personally slap you if you don't pick this game up. Just on principle.
