Ninja Gaiden is truly a great piece of work in many aspects, but as always there are minor flaws that decreses gameplay. Let's start with the gameplay: My first impression was how smooth u can handle the character when u get familiar with the controls, and the controls are pretty much like an ordinary fighting game where u hitting the buttons in diffrent combinations to smash and slash with diffrent weapons of your choice. And depending on the environment u are in u can for example do a wall run to get a better chance to strike your opponents from above. Or why not lure your opponens closer to a wall and do a wall flip to get behind them and stab them in their back. For me this is the greatest with this game, the fights actually gets better and better every time and u learn new combos that u just have to show off. And as u progress further u can buy new weapons and even upgrade to get new combos. The only bad thing is how u almost constantly must manualy change the camera to suit your view, it is anoying in the middle of a tough fight. Speaking of tough, this game is very hard even from the begining and u have to learn some move combos to progress further as the resistance get tougher and tougher while your health slowly decreasing. fortunaly u can buy potions to heal up, potions can even be found here and there. Graphics: The beautiful environments ,detailed charachers, crisp clear textures and the lovely visual effects is just a masterpiece of work in my meaning. No complains by me. Sound: Turn up your reciver and enjoy this in-game dolby surround, very cool steel against steel (or steel against flesh if u are lycky) sound effects. The music as well are in harmony with the game. Value: Despite the fact that the camera is a bit anoying, u are for sure gonna have a great time with this title, the fights, great graphics and nice sound all makes up for the camera.
