Ryu slashes his way into the gaming franchise! And it's not pronounced Gay-Den, it's pronounced Guide-In. :)

For the first in the series, Ninja Gaiden is one of the best fighting games you can get on the NES. The controls are very responsive and the cutscenes look amazing for it's time. It's fun killing the enemies , wall jumping and the music just makes you wanna play it even more because it's some of the best 8-bit music I have ever heard. This game takes some skill to get to the end of the game. There are a lot of holes to fall into which will count towards most of your deaths. And the spawn rate of the enemies can get a little nerve racking at times. But overall, this is a must have game for your NES collection, it's worth the couple bucks.

Pros:Gameplay is very fun. Music rocks. Cutscenes are great. You're a freaking ninja, doesn't get any better than that.

Cons:Very hard. Too many holes to fall into.
