More games should be like this

Compelling story, great character custimization and amazing replay value make this one of my favorite games of all time. Developpers consider 20 hour games lenghty these days, this ones easily 40-60+. with todays graphics i hoped there would be even better games out there but i continually find myself disappointed. Fable lasted all of 15 hours, eternal sonata was overly hyped and had no character building whatsoever. sure the story was original but the gameplay became tiresome after the first 3 battles. Ogre battle 64 had tso many unique characters and depending on the chocies you made you could only get so many. definatley made it worth replaying, especially to get Biske and a few of the (Evil) characters. Even tho akensieth ( Magnus' father) was too much of a powerhouse, getting him to join your team for the first time was a great gaming experience. To beat a game and want to replay it again after spending 40+ hours is something few games accomplish, this one does it in seemingly simple fashion. this game was a masterpiece and i just wish they had continued the series, with todays machines the possibilies are said to be endless, i have yet to see a game thats as worthwhile as this one was :(
