Okami is one of those games that you will come back to again and again and never get sick of it. Its story is based on Japanese legend. Susano a descandt of the great warrior Nagi steals the sword which was holding the Orochi. So the the guardian and wood spirit of kamki Saukya summons Amaterasu to restore the land. the story is very well-done and there is many plot twists along the way. Graphically the game looks fantastic, it looks like a water painting that has came to life. The game uses this paper filter which gives that more authentic look to it. The frame tends to dip a little bit, but that doesn't really bother nor does it affect gameplay. The gameplay is very well done. First you have a celestial brush which you use to solve puzzles and defeat enemies. When you use the celestial brush the game brings up this blank white canvas. most of these are done through drawing either lines or circles. like for instance to draw a cherry bomb you need to draw a circle than a line in the circle. their is also divine weapons which you can use to attack enemies with and if you equip these divine weapons into either your sub or main weapon it will have different effects. the game is not a short game by any means its actually long, probably well over 50 hours long just for the main quest, if you want to do all of the side quests it could take you 60 hours depending on if you know where your going. its take me 53 hours and im still not finished yet. The soundtrack is simply amazing its very well done it was from classic Japanese music. if you like Legend of Zelda i highly recommend Okami, because Okami is probably the best clone of Legend of Zelda. Everything about Okami is fantastic.
