This game is really cool, and long as well. The story is very interesting and keeps players interested for the duraction of the game. However there is alot of reading and the controls are sometimes nonresponsive, especially when using the Celestial Brush. Another noticable flaw with this game is sometimes the graphics take a VERY noticable drop. Especially when Ameterasu is running. The overall design of the game is where the game shines, if your a fan of old chinese watercolor paintings then this game is going to keep you in AWE. There are times in the game you want to just look around cause everything is just so cool looking. The overall gameplay is fun, however it does get a bit boring doing the same celestial brush teq. to kill your enemies, other then that you have a lame wolf/ plate attack which hardly does any damage and you will find yourself spending the bulk of your money on Exorcism slips to dispell enemies faster. The boss battles are epic but once you find the bosses tell you will have no problem dispelling them. The RPG element of upgrading Ameterasu is kind of a joke, it would have been better if you could upgrade his attack or speed or something but all you can upgrade is his Brush paint capacity, health, and money holding ability. Honestly I enjoyed this game but I would have liked it better had the main character not been a wolf, there were times I just wanted to have 2 big hands and beat the cr$% out of the enemies. Overall if your looking for a okay, Inexpensive, LONG lasting, beautiful game then this game is for you. However if your looking for something alittle more adult, guns, nonstop action, hardcore killing, cusing, then this game is not so much for you.
