Better then some say.

Intro: If you would look up a review for this game they would most likely say around a 6 or 7 at best. Even so many think this is great game. Just look at some other review on gamespot for this game. Gameplay: The game play is good with lots of moves and will take a long time to master. Some stages can really affect the battle. Also there are tons of items to use. There also are new support characters that can help you battle. In total there are 6 types, jump, gun, dash, area, recovery, and rider. In adventure mode you will be leveling charecters with your captain being Luffy, Buggy, Mr.0, Chaser (Smoker), or Ussop.In grand battle mode you will go up the ranks in arena mode, battle other charecters 1p or 2p in vs mode, hone your skills in training mode, participate in a tournament in tournament mode, see your records in of couse record mode, and play 8 mini games in special game mode. The only thing left is Card Collection mode in the main menu. In that mode you can view 3-D card for the One Piece TCG. You unlock them in arena mode.
Graphics: There is not much to say about this except that it has fairly good graphics and is cel-shaded.
Sound: Good. Has many types of music for different times. There also is mode in which you can hear music and character voices. I'm not sure how to unlock them. Not much else to say. Value: This game is very very very good. It take in eternity to unlock everything in the game. The gameplay is very fun, but at may times even in Normal difficulting certain stages will be very hard. If it weren't for the fact that there are alot of things to do, my gamecube would be in North Korea right now.
Final Words: If you not a One Piece fan you wil like alot still. If you are a huge One Piece fan, you should of stopped reading a while ago to get the game.
