It was well worth the wait, I'm really pleased!

I had been tracking this game for quite some time. When I finally got a hold of it, I was actually very pleased. The graphics are updated from the original U.S. grand battle, and new characters are added. The gameplay itsekf is easy to learn. Just pick it up and within a few minutes, you'll be able to play. Each character has his/her own set of moves(exceptions later). You'll have to find each charcters strength and play upon that, whether it's long range or close range, using different tactics playing on that character. Really, it's fairly easy, though there are some frustrating , or difficult parts to it.

As a fan of the original japanese ver. of the show, I am disappointed that Aokiji and Foxy were once again not included in this ver. However, since Enel is in, I'm not extremely angry, but I wanted Aokiji in it the most.

I am upset with two of the new characters also. Zeff is, save a few moves and his secret attack, a com[lete clone of Sanji. And Kuina is a half clone of one character and 1/4 clone of Zoro. So I could have gone without those two. HINT (out Zeff and Kuina, in Aokiji and Foxy)

All in all, this was a good attempt to quell One Piece fans, and those who like fighting games. The addition of adventure mode is a good idea, but could have been expanded upon.

I have taken the value down by one because of the subtraction of Aokiji and Foxy and addition of Zeff and Kuina.
I have also taken down gameplay by one because the movement of the characters is one speed. Run. In Grand Battle you could walk and gradually get faster into a run.

Otherwise, I'm pretty satisfied!
