One Piece is an immesely fun game, but it does have its flaws like every other game.

One Piece: Grand Battle, a party fighter based on the anime, is actually a very fun game. The One Piece gamestyle is very similar to that of Dreamcasts' Power Stones 1 and 2. Destructible and interactive arenas, unique gameplay, and all the works. One Piece does have flaws though, just like any other game. One Piece has a somewhat small roster of characters. There are only 16 characters in the game, and each have a story you can play through. You start off with the 4 main characters, and the rest locked. The stories in the game are quite silly and humorous, but have nothing to do with the actual story in the anime. And on a the last level, one of the bosses will just randomly show up. Luffy, the main character, is very certainly not the king of the pirates at the end of his story (his dream). But with the small roster of One Piece, each character is very diverse and unique, which many fighter games weren't able to accomplish. They all have different strenghths and gameplay strategy. Some can be strong and slow, or others more prone to ranged attacks. And those that destroy in heavy melee. There are very cool specials as well. After story mode, therei is also a variety of fun mini-games to try out. Playing the mini-games can also unlock other features to the game. So those who have played Power Stone, see how these two are so alike. Short roster by opinion, unique players, awesome environments, and a kind of bad story mode. But some may find story mode appealing and humorous ( I found it quite funny at some points) , so don't let that hold you back! Those who loved Power Stone 1 or 2 will love One Piece: Grand Battle. For those who have not played Power Stone, the game is very fun, I'm not lying, so go check it out!!
