My fav one in the Onimusha series.
Although the graphics are not the same level as the remake of "Resident Evil", "Onimusha 2" stands out as a production: surreal environments bring this fantastic world to the TV screen, with details used intelligently to give more drama to the game . Likewise, the choreography of the characters and setting of scenes is non-interactive cinematic quality. The plot is equally responsible.
Not only the visual received excellent treatment. Taking the claustrophobic village the first game, which resembled the structure of many mansions "Resident Evil", the adventure unfolds in a small mining village inhabited by normal people. Besides adding interaction with other characters (including a mini-game that makes the protagonist a street vendor, buying and exchanging objects), that gives life to the world exploited by the brave samurai.
To get the flavor of zombies in the game that was inspired, "Onimusha 2" also receives a jeitão to give details of the RPG and adventure series. As before, ammunition is not a problem. But the introduction of money dropped by enemies and a greater emphasis on the experience gained (sucked the spirits of dead opponents are used to improve armor and weapons) give further importance to the battles. The only problem is that the amount of points needed to improve their items seem very high, requiring repetitive battles without advancing the plot - and the game will not forgive those who try to follow without gaining experience.
"Onimusha 2" is a worthy evolution of one of the highlights of the PlayStation 2. If you liked the original, certainly will enjoy this well-deserved sequel. Imagine further as a concentrated version of everything that made the first game a classic but better and you can play the game again and again and always find illustrations, plot details and secret options that had not appeared before.
