Begin things off in the game you play as the character in the first game, Samanosuke and you play as a new character , Jacques who just happens to be from France. The story begins off with the demons learning to use a time machine to travel back and forth thru time. This is a big part of the game, because you get to play as 2 different people in 2 different times. Like you will be playing with one in the future and one in the past. But they are both working for the same cause. I don't want to ruin the story for you, but if you have played the others you will really like this one. The story fits right in. GOOD THINGS: Of course the series is all about hacking and slashing and just having tons of fun killing really cool monsters and demons you meet along the way. The controls are good, only one thing is changed you can now use the analog stick to play with. Which does make it a lot better. The camera was ok , it didn't get in the way as much as it did on the 2nd one. Also you will be fighting more enemies at the same time on this one and you get more and better weapons. Both of the main characters have their own special weapons. There are a few puzzles in the game, which are actually fun. The boss battles are cool. The graphics in the cut scenes are good, no problem there either. BAD THINGS: The boss battles could have been a little harder. The puzzles come at the wrong time sometimes. OVER ALL: if you liked the others you will like this one. IF not then don't bother. But with my opinion, this is my favorite one so far. I really enjoyed it.
