The best in series.
The only thing that is not good is the graphic, a game like this deserve a much better graphic, but i'm still lovin' it.
Don't need to rent it, or something like that buy and you will stay very happy.
You can play with many tipes of chars, with many tipes of weapons... you also have many, many tipes of skills and special atacks... really the best onimusha.
With two disks, 5 playable characters, great graphics, and an amazing storyline this game will keep you coming back for more. When I finished this game I had played for over 39 hours. I kept going back to previous levels just to get the little extras it had to offer. The cut scenes were amazing, not too long and not too short and did a great job at keeping the story moving and developing throughout the game. I found this game to be similiar to Ninja Gaiden in it's boss battles and game playing, sometimes chapters would have 2 bosses leaving very little room for error in the battle. Boss battles are challenging, but not overly challenging where as you might want to stop playing or to where you might get the feeling that it's impossible to beat. It's definitely one of those games where you should use every item you have cautiously. There are chances to buy items in a shop once you go to save before going on to the next level. Similar to most games you collect "souls" which float around in the form of red orbs that you can collect with your sword. I loved how you choose which weapon to level up for each character, I found that sometimes I liked the less powerful weapons for their elements (IE: fire or ice). I could go on and on for days about this game but I won't, I will however tell you it's a must for any action adventure gamer. I would choose to rent it first if it were me but chances are you'll end up buying it anyways. I very highly recommend it.. do yourself a favor and rush to get it!
