THE most underrated game on the 360. If you like JRPGs and/or WW2 history, you HAVE to play this game!
Anyhow, let me start by addressing some of the common complaints about the game. First, the camera isn't that bad. You'll get the hang of it by the 2nd mission. Second, people complain that the game is too hard. Honestly, it's only hard if you don't equip your characters with auto-heal (which is available after the 2nd mission), and you refuse to learn good strategy techniques; I mean I don't see anyone taking points off of Ninja Gaiden for being hard so why do it for this game?
The third, and only legimitate complaint that people have with the game are the graphics, which admittedly look like they belong on the original xbox or even the PS2. But then again, nobody complained about FF tactics having 16 bit graphics even though it was a PS1 game, so I really don't consider it that big of a deal here either.
The great thing about the game's story is that it combines quirky anime/rpg charm with actual World War 2 history, and fills in all the unsolved mysteries of the European campaign by putting the Wolf Pack (the supernatural commandos you control) are right in the middle of them.
If you like JRPGs or would just like to see a fresh take on the overdone WW2 setting, do yourself a favor and check this game out.
