I've been playing this game for about three hours, and have completed the first three missions of the game.
Firstly, the things I like about this game is your freedom to maneuver where ever you want to complete missions. The map can be described as nothing less than HUGE. Did you see that? I had to use all caps to depict how big it was. The other thing that I like is that the game is challenging. Hey Turdmuffin, wtf do you mean by "challenging?" Thanks for asking. Right now I'm playing on normal mode, and picking off a bad guys isn't too hard. However, the enemy as a whole will often execute maneuvers that are difficult to counter with your measly 4-man fire team.

My biggest gripe with this game is the AI. Their sheer inconsistency as whether or not to be smart or dumb baffles me. Sometimes they'll do really smart things that save your hide. Other times, their as useless at a TV to Helen Keller. The other thing that bothers me are the rocks in this game. Your character can scale pretty steep slopes, but if you are hurrying away/towards something, a well place rock will stop you in your tracks. That's not to say that they don't also serve their purpose to stop bullets, but just the placement of some of them makes me want to punch some of the developers.

Overall, I would recommend this as a must-try rental. It has a unique, yet traditional feel too it that reminds me of a Battlefield game on 'roids.

Go to school. Say no to freebase cocaine.
