Its a good shooter, but it can not compete with the best on Xbox

Painkiller hell wars is one of Xboxs very few titles to care about. Its more fun than any of the movie tie in crap we have seen on Xbox, sadly it has problems like simplistic gameplay. All you do in painkiller is shoot mindlessly at enemies and so on. It may have a variety of foes, but it does not matter as the game is really easy. Same with the presentation, music repeats for the different levels and also gets repetitive, a story of a man trying to see his dead wife in heaven, but must kill 4 generals to do it, and so on. Xbox live play supports 8 players, but its not going to replace Halo 2. Painkiller is stille a fun game, but renting it first would be wise
