And I thought that sequals weren't as good?

This game definitely picks up where the last one for N64 left off. It's humorous, just like the first one, but harder. You probably would've wanted to have played the original first before trying to master this one. It's hard. For anyone. Sometimes the stupidest little puzzles can throw you off in search of the answer for hours. This is not a game for cry-babies...

Game-play-10/10---Wow...that's all that can really be said. They really scratched us all where we itched in this game. It continually keeps you playing, in search of all the badges, recipes, and sometimes just for fun. They also gave an ultimate challenge in this game -(pit of 100 trials)-where only the best of the best with make it. The main quality of this game I must address is the fact that after you beat the main boss of the entire game, it's not where you get the credit roll and end up in the same place before you beat the boss, the bad guys are gone, and you can continue the game after-wards. This game is probably my favorite of all time.

Graphics-10/10-Wait a sec...how can the graphics be that good if it's "Paper" Mario? Let me tell you...this game even though it's all paper, still makes the wafer-thin plumber look as good as ever. Things such as houses, trees, everything looks like a pop-up book. Mario also hits it home with his abilities to roll himself up into tube, turn into a paper airplane, get into hard to reach places by going thin, and trekking across water by turning into a paper boat. All of these qualities capture the graphics of the paper mario game in a nutshell.

Sound-10/10-The sound graphics for this game beatifully capture every area in the game, all of the background music fits every area, and all sound from enemies fits the attack or movement. Other than that, there's not a whole lot say...

Value-10/10-This game is worth the 40 or 50 dollars you might have to shove over the counter to get it. No extreme gamer should be caught wih-out this. Again, the ability to go further than the "boss" of the entire game makes it very enjoyable. The only thing that would have made this game up there with Halo would have been if you could play aginst other people online...so it would be Paper Mario Live...lol...
