One of the best Gamecube games of all time.

User Rating: 9.5 | Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door GC
This game could easily be the best game in the franchise. It passed the Paper Mario standard with flying colors!

Graphics: This game is easily one of the greatest achievements on the Gamecube. Of course it looks great! I have found no glitches in the graphics or flaws in any of part of the game. It looks... fantastic. 10/10

Story: The story is well-written and original. Princess Peach has found a strange map in a box that she purchased from a merchant in the town of Rougeport. She sends Mario a letter stating she found the map. Mario, being the guy he is, sets out to Rogueport to help Princess Peach find the treasure of the map. 9.5/10

Controls: The game controls flawlessly. With perfect responsiveness and a great button setup, it easily earns my perfect 10 in this category. 10/10

Difficulty: If you've played through Paper Mario 1, you're probably going to be really good at this game and just plow through anything in your way. If you have skill with Paper Mario 1, the game won't be too much of a challenge for you. 9/10

Overall, the game is a great graphical achievement on the Gamecube, well-written, and perfectly controlled. This game is definitely worth every little cent! 9.8/10 Great freakin' job, Nintendo!
