Paper Mario was a great hit by nintendo. After what seemed like an eternity, Paper Mario 2 (AKa the thousand year door) is released. I know i'm a little late on getting my say in on this title, so i'll make it short. If you've played Mario and Luigi the combat is very similar. Basically the thing that determines if you beat an enemy is the timing you have with the A and B buttons, and how high you can level up. More leveling up. More points. It's a great game in it's purpose. However..for the $50 price tag, i'd rather go buy Mario and Luigi and get the same experience. It's cool how you can have a party and get members to it later on. I had high hopes for this title, but yet i was disappointed. It's still a great game whether or not you've played Mario and Luigi, if you like RPGs i'd definitely go out and buy this one. A few pros of the game is the playing time which is 20 hours to 40 hours, which can be helpful for a game of this magnitude. Gameplay - 8 : Hard to grasp on to at first, if you've never played a game of the type, but great when you get to the depth of the game Graphics - 10 : Paper. mmmmm. Sound - 8 : Good music, but some of it's corny Value - 9 : Expect a lot of hours into this game. Reviewer's tilt - 9 : A great game, but has it's problems. Review by: Teh Terlo
