I decided to rent this game one weekend just for kicks....I had seen commercials for it and thought it looked pretty cool but I didn't want to buy it until I knew it was good. I ended up playing it all weekend right up until I had to return it to the game store. I love that Mario was in a RPG and they made it fun and addicting! I thought that it might be boring since it wasn't really in '3D' but that's part of this games charm. There are lots of new characters that are introduced in this game and they are all great! You can backtrack to certain areas if you would like. One of my favorite things in this game was going through a dark forest and only being able to use a flashlight to navigate. This game was definitely fun and interesting to play. If you like Mario and Role Playing Games then this is definitely a must try!
