Paper Mario. You may believe that this game looks very odd, hence the box art. But in reality, its a fantastic game. Replay value? Of course there is. Ive played this game so many times, whenever i see a file i do not use, I erase it and start anew. Mario is very flat.(No, not FAT.) The game is made out of what looks like a book, laid flat on a table,(not the cartridge, obviously!) and all the characters appear to be made out of paper, see. Now, all classic Mario enemies appear in this game,(Goomba, Koopa, Lakitus, Hammer bros, etc.) and there are many secrets, items, and even a couple of Easter eggs! And there is a system of attacking, instead of simply jumping on them. It goes something like this, Mario attacks, Party member attacks, then enemy attacks. Truly a very easy game to play, but that doesn't make it bad, of course. And the characters all say something different, (Ex. the people walking around toad town, Friendly bobombs, and, Jesus, even flowers can talk.) And yes, i know, a lot of the things they say are very stupid, but its fun to poke and giggle at. Graphics are good for a Nintendo 64 game. Don't need to talk about that really. Lets see.....Ah!
The Items! There are many, many, MANY items in the game. So many, they had to cut some from the game. Items can range from a simple mushroom, which heals 5HP, to an Ultra Shroom, that heals 50HP. There is somebody in Toad Town named Tayce T. She is a chef, a master chef according to everyone in the game. (Get it? Tacye T. most of the toads names have puns like that, such as Russ T, Fice T, Miss T.) And Tacye can cook you food items, which are pretty useful. And in chapter 4, there's a very fat shy guy named gourmet guy. He drops a cook book, which lets you make better food items.

Anyway, you should get this game. Its so amazing.
