Pariah

Not the best, but good enough to keep you playing,

Although Pariah isn’t the best FPS out there, it’s far from the worst.
The graphics are excellent with vast landscapes, futuristic environments, and weapons’ rendering. The weapons are diverse and balanced giving you various options during firefights. The sniper weapon thermal upgrade is particularly my favorite. Probably the best long range weapons’ aiming capability in the first person shooter arena.

The Enemy AI gets predictable after you get used to the flanking maneuvers the enemy tries against you. The boss levels are too easy to beat when you get the sequence of movements and shooting down which shouldn’t take a minute or two figure out. The storyline is lacking to say the least with an ending that doesn’t seem like a victory.

For pure FPS game play Pariah is a good option despite the extras gamers come to expect in the genre.
