There isn't much else to say about this game. Carolyn Petit's review hits the nail on the head. Rain-Slick 3, while not perfect, is nevertheless a completely hilarious, massively entertaining adventure from the 16 bit era. When you're not tinkering with the fantastic class system and trying out new combinations in combat, you'll be laughing hysterically at something one of the characters says, or at a ridiculous creature you've just encountered such as Optimus Mime. Alas, he is not to be trifled with. Optimus Mime is the pinnacle of mime evolution. One aspect that I think is worth mentioning that Carolyn seems to have missed is the music. As far as 16 bit music goes, this is some of the best. The track that plays from the start and on the world map alone will impress. On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness is a must-buy for anyone who enjoys rpgs from the 16 bit era, but more importantly for anyone who enjoys a game with a lot of humor.
