The game was, for me, like the movie. Almost there, but something missing. The game follows the movie is most parts, although some new areas really add to the game value, especially if you've just seen the movie.
Getting rid of natives and animals, which is mostly what you do, is decent, but not with the best fps games out there. Nor it should be, but i feel they should have made it even more simple and different. Playing as Kong is great, but short. Battles with t-rexes are epic, indeed. Other than the game, there are really no extras to mention. The game doesnt offer alternative routes for replay value.
Graphics are ok, a bit blurry at times, sound is also kinda unoptimized.
Anyway, even if you dont like kong, you can play this game. Its something different with nice environments, but dont expect hardcore action.
