Phantom Brave

In my personal opinion, Phantom Brave is the best when it comes to gameplay in strategy/tactical rpgs.

Nippon Ichi tried to do something new when they released Phantom Brave for the ps2. The mechanics in the gameplay are highly improved from Disgaea and La Pucelle. Don't get me wrong, Disgaea is really good, and addicting. I just think all the hype for Disgaea should come to Phantom Brave also. The only thing that's better in Disgaea than PB is the story. The rest PB owns.

For the most part, the only thing that bothered me in PB is the long dragged-out cutscenes. It's heartwarming sure, but please. Let's go on with it!

The commotion about the horrible 2-D graphics are totally misleading and who really cares about how realistic a character is in a video game anyway?

Do yourself a favor and buy this game....or you'll miss hundreds of hours of super fun leveling up-ness.

  Nippon-Ichi does it again, building on Disgaea to provide another low-tech, but enjoyable and engaging JRPG experience.
