A good attempt at making a flight sim with both civilian and military aircraft

Pilot academy is a good attempt at trying to make a military flight sim where you can fly normal civilian planes aswell. But if you are after realism on the civilian aircraft side of the game, you may be slightly dissapointed. The lack of reverse thrust is a real downer on the experience of flying in the game, because once you touch down in a boeing 747, you have to slow to a halt just using the normal brakes, you cant even use the spoilers when you are on the ground.

Dont let this put you off if you are keen to buy this game though, you can soon get over these flaws and have a great time playing this game. The military side of the is pretty good for a mixed flight sim but if you only want a military flight sim i think you are better off going with ace combat.

Thanks
