Gottlieb Pinball Classics - where's the 480p wide screen?
Let me start by getting this off my chest - what the hell is up with no widescreen support and no support for progressive scan? Come on now it's 2007 not 1995! IMHO ALL Nintendo Wii software should support 480p widescreen!
Anywho on to the game... not much to say really it's Pinball you either like it or you don't! I love Pinball so I'm happy with my purchase. There are a heap of tables to play though. The game has some nice touches like you need to win credits to play on all but 2 of the tables. Actually tables isn't the right word since there are some weird little arcade toys from yester-year like the Love Tester available to steal your virtual credits! After taking offence to the graphics being 576i 4:3 I have to say I do like the look of this game. It looks nice enough but could of looked a heap better given a bit more polish. When it comes to sound... guess what? It sounds like Pinball!
I really don't know what to say about this title, it isn't great! It probably never could have been, but if you like Pinball games go buy it you wont regret it!
