Sure the game lacks uber graphics but the actual game play is pretty dang good. Griptonite did a great job with the music and has really created a Pirates of the Caribbean feel. Not knowing what the movie will be like this game makes me want to see the movie even more. It has been many years since I read the books, So I can't remember if this game really follows the story, but after the movie i could comment more.
But the controls are easy to use and for me atleast I was abel to pick right up and play within the hardcore action. Jack doesn't really look liek jack but they are darn close. The main thing that bugs me is just the graphics, I know for a fact they could have done much better with the graphics, But it just seems very boxy and generic. But once again the Game play is fun and worth the cost of the game thus far :)
