Monsters is a great, addicting and pleasurable game. It's one of the few games that even the most untraditional gamer would enjoy. In my opinion it is best enjoyed with a friend, this not only cuts the difficulty down but also adds a little more friendly and competitive action. That being said, the difficulty can be quite arduous in a single player mission; taking many tires to get the perfect mix of towers down.

The difference in tower type is a big problem however, some towers I refuse to use because they are not useful or very economically viable. In this sense I feel that the game needs somewhat of an overhaul on its tower variety. Perhaps this will come in Monsters II or an expansion. (Disclaimer….sadly this is not seen in Encore to a great extent)

I am still playing this game and I bought it 6 months ago, which is the beauty of a great game. You always come back for more.
